It has been over two days since the snowfall, and the parking situation remains poorly handled. The main driving lanes were partially cleared, but individual paid parking spaces are still covered with thick, compacted snow and ice. Large piles remain in the middle of spots, making it difficult to park safely. Residents are paying monthly for these parking spaces, yet they are not properly maintained after snowstorms. Because many spots are unusable due to snow buildup, it becomes unnecessarily difficult to find available parking. This defeats the purpose of paid parking. Additionally, the Tesla charging stations were also left covered in snow. As a result, some vehicles had no choice but to remain parked at the chargers because the surrounding parking spots were not accessible. Instead

Short answer - Do not live here. I am beyond frustrated with my experience living here. We pay a premium for what is marketed as a "luxury" building, but the reality is anything but. The noise insulation is non-existent. We are constantly tormented by the neighbors upstairs who walk loudly—with barefoot—at 4:00 AM, and the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor transmits directly into our unit as if it were happening in the same room. That said, Management negligence made it worse: We have reached out to management multiple times to report these issues, and absolutely nothing has been done. They claimed they submitted a report, but nothing came of it. They seem content to collect high rent while ignoring the fact that their tenants' quality of life is deteriorating. This isn'

I’ve lived here for a year now (and just renewed for another two!) and I can honestly say this is one of the best communities I’ve ever been part of. The location is incredible, and with so many new businesses opening around the building, it keeps getting better. I live here with my dog, and this building has been amazing for pet-owners. The dog park, dog bath station, and even the hose they install in the summer so pups don’t overheat are such thoughtful touches. We mentioned the idea of adding the hose and management made it happen almost immediately — it’s those small things that really show they care. The maintenance team is fantastic. They’re friendly, quick to respond, and always do their best to fix any issue the same day (even if my dog insists on barking at them every time). The

I recently moved into this building and could not be happier with my experience so far. The entire move-in process was completely effortless and well-organized, which made what is usually a stressful time feel smooth and seamless. The management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive, always quick to answer questions and provide support. The leasing team is truly amazing, professional, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The building itself is beautifully maintained and consistently very clean. The package system is seamless and efficient, which makes daily life so much easier. And the amenities are truly top-tier, thoughtfully designed, and very well kept. Living at Bay 151 has been such a wonderful experience！ What truly makes this place special is the warm, welcoming community and the amazing staff who genuinely care about the residents. I want to especially thank Julian, who has been incredibly patient and helpful every single time I needed assistance. No matter how big or small the issue was, Julian always took the time to help me resolve it. He is truly kind, reliable, and easy to work with — someone you can genuinely trust. The building is always clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff work extremely hard and take their responsibilities seriously.
