Lived here for over 2 years, never was late on any payments. They took my parking space away once converted to month-to-month and gave no care about trying to resolve the issue. They bang on the door like police officers. They took away my room fan during the summer and never installed it again (apparently, it wasn't fire code compliant). they never clean the complex and when they do, they make sure to blow all of the leaves and dirt onto your car. They don't care about homeless sleeping under the balconies here, or leaving feces. The washing machines use quarters, and there's only one of them. Oh yeah, and they'll let anyone just move in--new neighbors party all night long. Do yourself a favor and shop around for some place else worth the price.

For much of that time, I’ve endured persistent harassment from a neighboring tenant—harassment that was repeatedly reported but never meaningfully addressed. The behavior was covert, calculated, and deeply disturbing. Management’s response? Silence. Avoidance. No follow-up. No protection. Worse still, the pattern of neglect suggests their own participation or willful blindness to the harassment. When action finally did come, it was minimal—property cleared, but no acknowledgment, no accountability, and certainly no communication with me as the affected tenant. It's been a few years after I've lived in a building managed by Weerts, but after recently having an awful experience with our current building management elsewhere I wanted to leave a quick review. Veronika and her team are professional, responsive and helpful. As a tenant, there's not much more I could ask for! Every maintenance request was taken care of quickly and the move in and out was easy. They do a great job of notifying tenants of any upcoming maintenance or changes. Their office location has a dropbox in case you need to bring anything in after their normal hours and is close by to the buildings they manage. I would absolutely recommend using their services to manage your building or to live in one of their buildings as a tenant.

The team at Weerts Real Estate has been managing my property for years. I couldn't be more pleased. These folks are proactive and solve small problems before they become BIG problems. All my residents are happy too. Highest recommendation.
