Office staff Barbara and Maintenance Manager Quay are very attentive, fast to resolve issues. Any problems or issues inside my apartment are resolved in a timely manner and professionally..My building is clean inside and outside. No trash or loitering observed. The Office Staff and Manger are great. the folks living here not so great. They don't care about the their surroundings. I don't have Children but my area stays filthy.

Beware! They employ a very underhanded towing company that will tell you one thing and do the opposite just so they can tow your car purposefully. I tried to raise my concern with the property manager about how the towing company lied to me but the manager refused to even talk to me or to hear my complaint the front desk girls kept telling me she is busy and they will leave a note still have not heard anything. I moved here only because a friend of mine is in the building next to me (They also towed her car for a ridiculous reason- her car wheel was just barely touching line) Get ready to pay extra towing fees when you move here because they are PREDATORY look at the BBB complaints. Will definitely update this review more when its time to move out!

0 stars. from the fake pictures posted on there website I assumed I would be living in a beautiful apartment. Instead after a year of living here I faced serval problems with my apartment. BLACK MOLD has been present in my apartment and from speaking to other tenants there’s mold in every apartment here. There’s always trash throughout the apartment complex and to make things worse maintenance neither property management care about fixing or handling these issues accordingly.
