Wayne Village Apartments

10/10 Recommend living at Wayne Village. The grounds are maintained very well (prompt snow removal, fixing cracked sidewalks, filling potholes, pool maintained nicely, pet waste bags always re-filled, etc). Parking is never an issue. There are ample spaces in the lots + street parking. The apartment itself is fantastic- newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, laundry in unit, heat/hot water included, and maintenance always came within 24 hours (snaking tub drain, replacing ceiling fan, etc). I’ve never had any issue with maintenance or management being unresponsive or unfriendly. The complex manager, Cathy, is always super friendly, responsive (returns calls/emails within 24 hours), and up to date on what’s going on in the complex and willing to help. They're supposed to guarantee you a parking spot I parked in a place that said no parking because there was no spots anywhere not even on the street this has been a problem the gave me a a warning hundred-dollar fine for next time but if they can't guarantee my spot they're in violation of my lease I'll call the town on

We just moved in, our apartment was in perfect condition and we had an amazing experience with Carlo. He was super patient and supportive from day one.

Beware! If you value professionalism and respect in your leasing process, steer clear of this apartment complex. My experience with their leasing office was a prime example of incompetence and disregard for potential tenants. After visiting the leasing office with my roommate, we were immediately interested in this apartment complex and applied for the room we wanted. I provided the required W2 forms as requested, only to be told shortly after that we needed to provide four paychecks instead. On the second day of submitting all required documents, they informed us that the room we selected had already been applied for and taken by someone else who applied earlier. 2-2-26---Just want to add some additional comments about Wayne Village. We have been here for about 15 years so we know something about this property. I can tell you that Joe, our Property Manager is accessible, he listens and he cares. He responds quickly to any comment or concerns. Our property manager Joe, came by on Sunday to make sure that the contractors were here and the snow removal was being handled. It is so nice to see that someone cares about our community 24/7.
