I scheduled a specific showing time for a property with Melissa King and was not informed in advance that the home would be shown like an open house to multiple parties simultaneously. Upon arrival, there was no available parking and it was not possible to properly view the property. Had this been disclosed beforehand, I would have declined the appointment. The lack of transparency resulted in wasted time and travel expense. I’m sharing this so others are aware that scheduled “showings” may be conducted as overlapping viewings unless explicitly clarified in advance.
