Berdan Court Garden Apartments

It is now end of 2025. Complain about neighbors that make living stressful in your own apartment unit, and staff make up excuses to avoid doing anything helpful. Noise here is terrible because of the neighbors thrashing about daily, starting early as 3 in the morning. Upstairs go at it for 15+ hours daily. No one wants to do their job properly here. That much is obvious. Enjoy having your bathrooms flooded six times a year, zero sleep, no peace at all. All because this circus wants to people please those that act like college frat students partying non-stop for years. Oh, and there's no "please contact us at-". I'm sharing audio recordings of neighbors, my horrible experience at this dump everywhere I go. Including to the elected officials, which was suggested I do. Avoid this place and c

These apartments are spacious and kept looking new. The manager responses quickly. It's a beautiful place to live.

I moved into the area just a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Joe, the property manager, was so helpful and communicated well through the whole move in process. The property is well maintained as I see Joe and other crew out everyday cleaning up, and taking care of the area. They are quick to respond to any issues that come about and it’s been a huge perk having them be a pet friendly complex. Definitely worth checking out.

A couple weeks ago I came to look at an apartment, here and the First thing I Noticed, was how clean and Beautiful it is . All I can say is I was blown away , it’s very spacious, The hardwood floors are gorgeous. The stores and supermarket are in walking distance . I have 2 small dogs and that’s A big plus for me that it is a pet friendly place . Joe the leasing manager is Great he answered all of my questions that I had , and went above and beyond To accommodate all of my needs and goes out of his way to make things happen . Anytime you need anything and you text him, He gets right back to you. I can’t wait to move in on the first. I’m super excited for this move. I really think I’m gonna love it here and stay here for as long as I can 😊

My sister, boyfriend and I recently moved into a 2 bedroom with our 2 cats and couldn’t be happier! Joe and his team have been nothing but helpful, professional, and kind about the move in process. They have answered any questions we’ve had and the apartment is the perfect size for us. The space is very clean and updated, with plenty of storage. All our neighbors are extremely friendly and welcoming. The area is very quiet and safe; and all we could need shopping wise is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone searching.
