Waverly Apartments

Management wasn’t the best. Had many maintenance issues. Rude office manager. Black mold/mold which led my son to be diagnosed with a mold allergy & instead of addressing it they blamed us & spray painted over it.

Lived here for years and have had nothing but problems. We've had problems with the kids in the back trying to abuse outside/inside animals, we've had problems with management, we've had problems with trying to get stuff in our apartment fixed, we've told them since we moved in that the apartment has a really bad mold problem and they haven't done anything about it. The neighborhood can be scary sometimes as there's two bars in walking distance and cars race up and down the road, there's not really any place for kids to play, there's a garden but the older people have completely taken it over and give you really dirty looks if you go near the garden, it can be really hard to get out of the driveway depending on the time of day. Move here at your own risk

I loved living here. Lot of stores and restaurants close by. Waverly has nice apartments and it’s a good neighborhood.

Used to live there for almost 10 years, great place to live, landlord was always awesome.

Never lived here, but stopped by to visit friends. I think it needs repairs here.
