An example of how this building is managed: Management and maintenance refuse to turn down the heat even though it’s 80 degrees in the gym and 45 outside because what if the temp drops??? But it’ll be above 40 for the next five days Would not recommend.

Horrible management. Lived here 2023-2025 under a few different bad owners. My unit had a gas leak from renovations 2018 that they didn’t catch or resolve until 2024. Despite knowing other units had the same issue, did not proactively check my unit or believe me when I reported. I explicitly advocated for management to check other units for gas leaks given I know other people had the same issue prior too. They refused and claimed they do routine annual checks. This is false because they never performed any annual maintenance check of my unit in the two years I lived there. PSA - If you live here, force them to call People’s Gas and have them check that the valve to the unit has a GAS valve rather than a WATER valve installed that’s slowly leaking. Found two dead cockroaches in my apart

Great place to live. The current management company is doing an outstanding job at keeping the building in tip top shape. The building manager, Nicole, is super helpful, responsive and friendly. Anytime we need anything regarding our unit or the building in general, Nicole or her assistant are right there making sure things get sorted out immediately. Cool amenities, spacious parking, and the staff is always around the property keeping things clean and in good shape for the tenants. Nicole and her team do are always organizing the package/mail room, and we can't thank them enough for that. On top of that, she organizes fun community events such as happy hours, and the holiday party at our rooftop lounge!

Have been living here for a few months now and so far are very happy with our stay! Amber from management is extremely helpful and available all the time for us! We have had a few maintaince requests for minor things and all have been resolved within 24 hours of placing the request! The elevators are always working well which we worried about due to the size. Lastly we love the amenities this building has to offer such as the gym, pool and laundry! Edited on move out: The wave is easily still five stars after living here for 2 years. We are sad to go and only are leaving because we have outgrown our two bedroom apartment. We will miss such an amazing location, helpful staff, and of course our lake view. The apartment is very modern, and spacious. Something you don’t find easily in Lakeview. The building and the amenities are well maintained, you always see people cleaning around and keeping everything in place. Great location, parking is great and amazing city views. The current management team is always available to help and fix any issues within the apartment or the building, always on the same day. The building has changed management companies a couple of times and it shows on how it’s maintained. Nicole and the current team have been the best management we’ve had so far, all issues we had with past management companies are gone, and the current team is doing a great job.
