Extremely poor management. Very difficult to get repairs. Service is very poor. As a renter, owners should NOT trust their properties with these people. We’ve been without AC for months and MOLD has been detected. Six years always on time payments and still can’t get repairs done on time. Christy Lake only has one special contractor she “likes” to use and his work is sub standard. It’s disgraceful for this community, the home owner and most of all to me, the tenant.

Christy lake is one of the best if not the best property manager I had work with. Her dedication, hard work, and tenant wellbeing sets it above the rest. I personally was one of her tenants from 2010-2013. Never had a complaint about her and never had a necessity to call for a maintenance emergency as the maintenance schedule was always on time. Best on the industry somebody you can trust.

I have to say that I've always been able to reach someone, and that they have responded promptly every time I call or email. I've had issues with my son being ill and they've been willing to work with me during this difficult time. As for the parking, it's not great, but at the same time the property would rent for much more if there was more maintenance, parking etc. I'd rather pay a better rate than have more HOA. The inside of the town homes are beautiful. As a side note, the reason the trash gets like that is because tenants don't bother to walk over and open the door to the receptical to put the trash inside. They just throw it around the dumpster then animals get into it. I feel sorry for the trash man who has to clean it up every week...

I have been with Watson Property Management for over 7 years and have had the best experience. Any time I have had a maintenance issue it is taken care of immediately. Outstanding customer service! Would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Do not rent from this group. Horribly cheap on hiring maintenance and unable to ever actually talk to a real person on the phone. Fees like a top choice, treated like ran by slum lords.
