The Gate Apartments

My family and I recently relocated here on short notice and had to find a new apartment quickly. Ralphy reached out to us, and we immediately began the process. He was excellent at responding promptly and answering all of our questions. The move-in process went smoothly, and he continues to assist us with any questions we have. Every time I pass the office, he always greets us warmly and checks if there's anything we need. So far things are going well.

Very dissatisfied with the move out process with the Gate, specifically pertaining to the final move out statement I was provided with. There was quite a lengthy list of charges which some were dropped.. but Glenda who seems to be in charge of this process in the leasing office she still refuses to remove a charge of $130.00 for cleaning charges when my fiancé and I cleaned the entire unit in full. Carpets and floors were both vacuumed and mopped, bathroom was left in both sanitary and cleanly conditions as well as the kitchen cleaned top to bottom and we even pulled out the oven to take care of any fallout from cooking that collects overtime. I understand this might seem like irrelevant information but I find it relevant in my case since we finally spoke to Glenda over the phone today 7/5

I am writing this review to caution others about the extremely unprofessional and dishonest management at this property. My experience with them has been nothing less than a nightmare. I was just 9 days shy of the 60-day non-renewal notice period. This was due to the absence of a non-renewal option on the resident portal, and the office consistently ignored my calls. Consequently, I reached out via email to one of their leasing agents to inquire about initiating the non-renewal process. In our email exchange, I asked if they required me to provide a forwarding address. The agent did not acknowledge my question and instead sent me a notice to vacate. It's important to note that while they mentioned I was 9 days short of the 60-day non-renewal notice, they did not explicitly mention any fee

Ralphy. That is all. Ralphy took such great care of us. Helped us in every way through our quick decisions to sign. We got an amazing price too for a two bedroom. The day after we signed the price of the one bed was the same as the two! Apartment is super nice as well. Tons of extra space and countertops / kitchen bar area are tough to beat. Thanks so much Ralphy for being our leasing consultant and being awesome. Oh forgot to mention - got our first month free! We're in awh and excited to see how our first year here goes!

Ralphy is amazing at The Gate!! He helped me with my move-in process here and ensured I was taken care of. The maintenance team is great too! There were some small issues when I first moved in but both the maintenance team and Ralphy were helpful with getting them fixed! Every time I’ve put in a request, they’re always very timely and efficient. I definitely appreciate that the management team ensures their residents are taken care of as well! With having various inspections for things like the fire alarms, sprinkler heads, and hvac units. It makes me feel safe and happy to live here! Thank you for great service!! 😊🌟
