A great place to live. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always get things done in a timely manner. If I have an issue, the management team resolves it quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is polite, and hard working. I love the holiday cheer they have put up. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication! Keep up the good work.

Monica and Tom are amazing and really helped me get everything taken care of in a quick and timely matter. The units are clean, well kept and have great views. The community is peaceful and very calming, with some great amenities. I would recommend this community to any and all that’s looking for a great new place to call home. We rented at Portofino at Champions Gate for a year, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. As homeowners ourselves, we’re pretty particular about where we live — but this place made it easy to feel right at home. First, safety was huge for us. I felt completely comfortable letting my son go downstairs to play with the other kids, which speaks volumes. The community feels peaceful, family-friendly, and well cared for. The property is consistently clean, and the pool is always sparkling and well maintained — definitely one of our favorite spots. One thing that pleasantly surprised us? Not a single lost package the entire year. In today’s world, that’s impressive! It may seem small, but it shows the level of organization and reliability here. This place is not only beautiful, but the staff there is amazing everybody so attentive very nice. Monica help me every step of the way. very nice, clean, quiet community very family orientated and I love that the staff is always like there to answer your questions. Answer your call. Anything that you need done gets handle right away and that’s a plus me but if you’re looking for an amazing place to have amazing people attending you. This is the place for it. Monica is amazing. I want to thank both Monica & Tom, our Management team for all the work they do and the speed in which they respond to our issues. My husband & I have been residents since March 2025 so we are pretty new to this community and are happy so far! I also want to thank our Maintenance team, Mike, Jose, Adrienne for all they do. They have been very positive and responsive. There’s always much to do around the complex and they seem to do things with a smile! Thanks again! 😀
