Waterstone at Carriage Trails

Although I ultimately could not afford to reside at this facility, I must admit that my time with Amanda was a pleasant one. She went out of her way to explain things in detail when I had difficulty understanding the process etc. Amanda seems to really care about the facility she manages and she really seems to care about the quality of life the residents experience. 2 Feb 2026 - I went back to Waterstone today to see about getting in since I have had an increase in income, only to find out that Amanda is no longer there. What a tragedy that is. She made me feel comfortable and explained things very well. I have no intentions of seeking quarters at this location now. Sometimes, it only takes one good person to make a difference and now that person is gone.

I lived at WaterStone a total of two years and had a peaceful experience. The staff also had a positive attitude and was willing to assist in anyway way they could. Any maintenance issues were addressed right away which was very helpful, especially during the winter. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who wants to leave a stress free lease term!! Thank you for a great two years team.

I lived here for three years and it was a great experience - the staff are very quick to respond to any questions and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The only reason I’m not staying is my work has me moving to Columbus otherwise I’d see no reason to leave. I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking for a place to live in the greater Dayton area.

My wife and I just moved here from Indianapolis as she is in the Air Force. The staff here have been very accommodating with our whole move in process and has helped us out anyway we need. This is much appreciated as we have no nearby help and the main office staff is willing to lend a hand to help. For example we had a package getting delivered while we both were at work. Someone needed to sign for the package and let them drop it off in the apartment. They made sure to meet the delivery person to allow the package to be delivered safely inside the apartment then locked it back up.

Amanda was awesome, she made my move from out of state a breeze! I love it here already the apartment complex and unit are exactly how the photos/videos look! Very quiet and peaceful it feels like home. I love how well kept the premises are beautiful community.
