Redwood Tipp City

Hope and pray you have good neighbors. Leasing office took the better part of 8 months to address concerns of drug use, personal property being vandalized, cig/pot smoke coming into our unit from neighbors, unruly kids throwing rocks at garage door, etc. We moved out before lease ended, left unit vacant, and turned in keys early. Once we requested to visit mailbox one last time - leasing told us no because unit was already rented out while our lease was still active. Refused to pay the last couple hundred of the lease (even though they still had our banking account info) and RWTC sent us to collections. Why am I responsible for paying for a unit you already rented out? Last phone call is recorded BTW - will be filing a complaint with the housing authority.

On the premium side of apartments, but WELL worth it!!! My family lived here for a year. Great apartments and great management. Kiya and Jen (leasing and management reps) were extremely helpful. Had some maintenance issues, but they were all resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance crew was very helpful and even took time to talk to our children. The one story apartment and personal garage space was SUPER nice. If we ever find ourselves in need of an apartment again, they will be the first people we call.

The maintenance team here is top notch. Any maintenance issues that I have reported were fixed within a few hours of submitting the work order. The guys are always friendly.

Maintenance at Redwood Tipp City is always top notch. They are very timely, efficient and polite. My mother recently had a problem with her ceiling fan and it was fixed very promptly and my mother was very happy. 😊 We have previously called them about minor issues and they are always very accommodating.

Our maintenance guys are AWESOME. They are always so professional, polite, and punctual. We truly couldn't ask for a better team to take care of us. There are no words to express how great they truly are to us! Thank you for ALL that you do, I appreciate you both!
