Summit Landing by Arbor Homes

Just closed on my house with Arbor Homes in Summit Landing. The whole experience was very smooth. Ashley was fantastic during the design process and her communication during the whole process was great. Jeff and Tyler were very helpful during the build phase. I was moving from out of state so couldn't be in person for a lot of it. But their communication was great and made me feel comfortable managing this from 1000 miles away. All in all - the house is beautiful and im very happy with Arbor Homes especially with Ashley, Jeff and Tyler.

We are currently in the process of building with Arbor Homes and have had nothing but great things to say. The team has been very transparent about pricing and options available and will work to help get you in your budget. Ashley has been amazing in taking us through this process, even hoping on a late night call to get documentation done. Really excited to see our house start the building phase and even more excited to make this fun, big move for our family!

I chose to build my home with Arbor because of the quality, location, and cost. It felt from the start that this home was meant to be for me and I’m still so grateful I did it! Each time I met with Ashley Morris to design my home, select add ons, and discuss the details of the contract, she was kind and patient-it felt like I was working with a friend. I had a lot of questions and some anxiety about my first time home buying experience, and Ashley addressed every bit of it with kindness and confidence. My costs were clear and there were no surprises along the way. The small adjustments I requested after moving in were handled with grace and timeliness and I see myself living here for a very long time!

My journey with Arbor Homes was great. From the day I toured the model and throughout the process I was satisfied with the quality checks and quick response to any concerns that I had. Ashley, Jeff, Tyler, and Avery were very pleasant and great to work with. I'm thoroughly enjoying my new home!!!
