Waterstone Apartments

I feel so bamboozled by the reviews. The energy was beyond weird and creepy. Came in for a tour, was hardly greeted upon entering by the ladies, but I figured they were tired. Went to see two units; one had cobwebs, paint falling apart, carpet smacked on, it made the hair on my arms stand up. Smelled old and crusty like it has been sitting vacant for a while. Then the second was supposedly ready but had disposal food in the sink, the laundry room reeked of urine, and there was a dead roach right next to the bedroom. I almost threw up. The energy was beyond creepy and weird I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit unless you dont mind living in those conditions. Apartments overall are quite old, and the vibe here gives me living in the hood. Two stars because Jasmine was polite.

We’ve been living here for about a month. We did a TON of research finding the right location, amenities, and overall environment and we are so glad we did. Waterstone is well landscaped, maintained, gated, and right by 45 so you can get anywhere quickly, but it’s hidden so not a lot of people know it’s there. (A plus!) I like that’s it’s quiet. A lot of people here are retirees, quiet single professionals, or working families. It feels like a nice neighborhood. All the apartments feel like townhomes because the garages are located directly next to your apartment. It’s pretty clean, and the landscaping is generally well Maintained. I'm so happy with the choice of moving here!😊 Jessica and the entire staff are extremely friendly and caring! If there was anything that needed adjustment they are so quick to fix. They are always going above and beyond. One day I had to be car-less because of an auto fix, and they happen to have a pizza party at the office and it was just so amazing how they have something going on for everyone! It just worked out for us perfect timing! And we received an email for free snow cones and just the perfect day out for a walk with my toddler and she absolutely loved it! Thank you so much again!✨

Let me start by saying, we used to live here two years ago and the apartments are not like they are now or we would have never moved back here. Management is nonresponsive. We are being charged for valet trash service and our trash is not picked up as agreed by Waterstone and yet we are still being charged a monthly fee. I emailed the front office and have had no response. There is trash outside the trash compactor, because the compactor is full, which is growing every day and has been there for at least four days. It now has maggots and flies everywhere and wreaks with odor. Now there is trash all over the grounds and food that has leaked from the trash valet service not picking up trash, which is also causing flies and odor throughout the grounds and there is no way for the tenant to cle
