DeAnna was my realtor and sold our house in Spring Creek Forest. This was not a simple sale, I live out of town and we had to do it through a POA due to my dad moving to assisted living. Deanna was amazing and walked me through each step. She went above and beyond in coordinating repairs, visits to the house and she even held an estate sale for me at no charge! WONDERFUL! DeAnna recently sold the home of my elderly aunt who has been diagnosed with dementia. She went well above and beyond to inform and explain the whole process as well as assist in getting the home ready for perspective buyers. She helped to set up and market an estate sale and personally fixed several cosmetic elements of the house to make it more sale ready. She showed tremendous patience with my aunt and her dementia, taking extra time to meet with her and help her understand the process on numerous occasions. My aunt lived in her home for 50 years and we could not have found a more compassionate and attentive realtor to help my aunt make this challenging transition.
