After more than 1 ½ years of living at The Mark Cityplace Springwoods Village, the Mark’s property management and maintenance team ranks, among the absolute best, (if not the best) that I have ever experienced. From the initial leasing process, Cameron, Trevor and Juana were outstanding in terms of overall knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, patience and authenticity. On an ongoing basis, the high caliber of the entire staff, including Alexis, continue to make living here most comfortable and enjoyable. It’s always quiet, clean, and comfortable. The management team is very professional, and the maintenance staff is outstanding. Every request is handled quickly and efficiently. Especial mention to Sebastian, who always goes above and beyond to help residents ensure everything runs smoothly. Amazing crew, facilities and community! I’ve stayed at the Mark for about 3 years and relocated back recently, i was so happy to get back into the apartment (they are fully leased out.. that’s how popular this place is). Super responsive and understanding team with Trevor, Cam, Alexis and very helpful maintenace crew including Sebastian, who goes above and beyond always!! This is also a dog friendly apartment with very responsible community - ie you dont get alot of crazy barking and the surrounding areas are very clean.
