Waterside is one of the most spacious apartments you can find that's over 1030sq ft priced under 3000, Waterside has also improved for over a year now we are being renovated as we speak. 2 bd 2 bath, 1 bd 1bath, 2 bd 1bath, and a 3 floor balcony, alil dog park extra parking spaces. Not only is the apartment beautiful we are close to every turnpike and malls you can think of rt 95, rt80, rt46, rt3, rt17, 25 mins to the city, 5 mins from the AMERICAN DREAM / Metlife stadium, Garden state plaza Mall, Bergentown center, Paramus Park mall, etc don't get me started on Walmart 3 mins away. A HIDDEN GEM
The whole schedule and replacement of the siding and windows was kind of a train wreck, I'm not going to lie. It's nice having them, sure, but they never came on the days we were told they'd come and were given no warning when they blocked breezeways or banged on the walls. Thank God I don't work from home it would have been a nightmare. It just makes you feel like you have no control over a living space you pay 2k+ a month for. Speaking of which: Charging 500 extra for people to use their balconies how they want is frankly ridiculous; these apartments are expensive enough. If you don't want us to store stuff on the balconies or grow gardens then provide storage units and a community garden. Also when the lots were repaved the spaces got smaller. How? The washing machines need to be upkept
Ridiculous policies! Now even the way you manage your balcony were being controlled by the management!! Do you know that WE, the tenants “pay” for every space of this unit! And you want to control it!! Then have the audacity to penalize IF you don't like what you see in our balconies, a place that we pay!!!! Also, roaches, and the smell of skunk was everywhere! The Rent was going up every year, this place is getting to be really expensive! And if you missed payment they will penalize you right away! May I also add that these new staffs were rude! Most of the time nobody was there in the office. Just what the other tenant stated, how we wish Anwar was still there!
1. MICE infestation! We saw mice in our kitchen and/or bathroom. The exterminator and the supervisors came, set up the traps, but still didn't catch it. No one even blocked the hole until one month later. Me and my wife are too scared to use the bathroom and kitchen, even staying in the apartment during the day makes us nervous. 2. AC has been broken in the apartment for more than a month during summer. TWICE! Our AC was broken and it takes a month to fix that. We've been through a hot July with no AC. But this August it is broken Again! I literally don't have any AC right now. 3. Roaches in the bedroom. I also found a big roach with wings flying in our bedroom back in March. I just killed it with the spray 4. Very loud noise when the heat was running. They suggested me to take it as a
Owner does not take of the apartments, i asked them to fix my kitchen cabinets which are broken and no one bothers. The only time they would fix some stuff is if a unit is being sitting vacant for sometime. So, the maintenance of already rented apartment is the least of their concern. Another issue is that you get 1 assigned parking spot even if you are renting a 2 bedroom apartment and paying close to $3000 rent. Makes it super hard if you have 2 cars. They used to have privacy screens installed in balcony which was good because it kept mosquitoes and other insects out of your unit, but the owner forced to take them off and alot of tenants were against it but he doesn't care. There are so many newer and better apartments now in the Little Ferry and Hackensack surrounding areas in the $
