Brand new property at a very convenient location close to highways and shopping. Jennifer from building management office was very helpful, responsive and accommodating to our needs and queries. We also appreciate Angel from Maintenence department for showing us a few apartments second time. This really helped us in making our final decision.

Jennifer is an outstanding manager—thoughtful, attentive, and always one step ahead. She is very professional and detail-oriented, yet genuinely cares about the residents; she makes everything easy and stress-free. It truly feels like she reads your mind. We’re very grateful to have her as our manager and highly recommend her!

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making my transition to living in a building much smoother. Their warm welcome helped ease my initial nervousness as a first-time resident. After moving in, I needed to request maintenance, and I was pleased to find that my issue was addressed and resolved on the same day. The neighborhood is peaceful yet conveniently located near all essential amenities. Overall, my experience living here has been very positive.

Whoever working in the leasing office so rude. Even though I have an appointment they rejected me at the door. Seems like even if you schedule a tour from website they dont accept! Finally, this place is not ready at all and smells like garbage from the next building. Good Luck Meridia!
