Waterside Village Apartments

My husband and I have lived here for 7 years! We have brought home our now almost 4 year old son here and it’s been a sense of community and caring since the start! Recently we had our floors redone and we could not be more pleased with the work that was done! Mrs Beth, Brad, Alonzo, and the rest of the crew were absolutely top notch! They even know our son by name and treat him like he is family, if anyone ever needs a place that feels like home this is the place for you ❤️❤️❤️

Been living here for about a year now. These apartments definitely feel like what a "home" should feel like. Management, Ms. Olivia, is very helpful and answers as soon as possible. She is very reliable when it comes to asking questions about these apartments and works with the tenants. I've lived in two apartments before this and neither have been as "welcoming" as Waterside Village Apartments. A good bonus is that they allow bigger dogs which is rare to come by! If you want an apartment that feels like home, these are definitely the ones! 🏠

I can not express enough how much I have enjoyed living here over the past few years. The owner Walt is such a good man and always on top of things. Originally Mindy was property manager and she was fine But Walt blessed this village with the new property manager Olivia. I admire Olivia's dedication to the people and property. Olivia is one of the most hard working women I've ever seen and truely cares about the community. I've never had a problem with neighbors, it's quiet while we all look out for one another. Children's safety is over course a high priority and I have always felt safe for my self and lil boy here. If something is broke...they fix it and quickly. They are easy to speak to about any concerns. Honestly if I wasn't moving out of state id stay even longer. I absolutely loved

I lived there for two years in a 2 bedroom unit, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everything was always kept neat and clean, grass was always cut. The owner and office manager were very friendly and helpful, just all around good folks. Anytime I needed help anything or maintenance done, it was completed in a timely manner. I felt they had a good screening process, my neighbors were always friendly. If you’re looking to rent, this is a great little community to be part of.

I have been living here 17 months now and am just loving being here. The sense of community it amazing. We all know each other in the back and chat when out and about. I walk my dog late at night and early mornings and have never had any fears of walking her alone. The office staff is friendly but the maintenance guys are the best in the business.
