Don’t rent with this company! i tried to break my lease with only two months left, they won’t allow it, i will not renew with them due to my neighbors trying to sell me marijuana and constantly doing drug deals next to me, they have around 4 people that are not on the lease living in the apartment, i let rent louisiana know 5 months prior, they did NOTHING!, all they do is fight, the cops show up all the time, the worst thing you can do is sign on that dotted line. These apartments are for drug dealers, robbers, and criminals, NOT FOR FAMILY LIVING!
