Waterfront Luxury Apartments

Botanic is an expensive fake facade. Pretty on the outside, empty on the inside. They nearly doubled our rent after 12 months and charged us for all kinds of "damage" when we left, though we left it in better condition than when we arrived, including getting a professional cleaner and painter. All of the niceties stop when you actually move in, then no one will pay any attention to anything you need. People in the "management" office only handle sales and won't be bothered with anything else. Pool was often unsafe (not enough chemicals, always unlocked, and non-renters often there come to swim) and hallways are dirty like back alleys.
