KMI Home Painting Rocks! We had a lot of holes in walls from removing photos and whiteboards and they needed light orange peel sprayed when we left our previous office. I came for the walk through with the landlord and every room including base boards (which I hadn't asked for) was perfectly painted and their workspace cleaned up. They even razor blade removed our graphics of business logo off the front glass door. I thought they'd still be painting because it was rather a "late ask", but it was all done and gorgeous. The landlord had nothing to complain about! Thank you, thank you!
