We hired Scott based on the positive reviews from others here, although we did get other bids. Scott did not disappoint, and we’re thrilled we did not go with another company. He poured a foundation, he installed the generator, the wiring and gas lines he installed were clean and neat, not noticeable at ALL. He built a protection wall around that matched the house exactly and looked like it was there the whole time. He re-routed any landscape irrigation needed. He replaced sod and added mulch. He painted the wall and touched up anything needed, then cleaned everything up after the job. What does this all mean? I contacted Scott about a project that involved the outdoor installation of a mid century fireplace I restored. Scott was excellent. Very fair and upfront pricing and constant communication about the acquisition of the necessary parts (he’s a master of sourcing), the fabrication of necessary components, and the installation schedule. He’s meticulous about the work and keeping his workspace clear. He is easy to talk to (not condescending, open to ideas, creative) and really wants the homeowner to be happy…it’s clearly what makes him happy. I’m beyond happy. This is your guy…look no further.

Scott Schrader is the finest General Contractor I have ever worked with. He and his crew are always professional, very accommodating and leave a spotless job site every time. I first contacted Scott about nine years ago when I needed a handicapped accessible bathroom for my sister who lived with me. He built her a beautiful bathroom that was perfect for her needs, right down to the pink handle on the linen closet! Next, he installed two hurricane doors, one to my lanai and the other in the garage. (Note: the manufacturer built the lanai door facing the wrong direction. Scott replaced that at his own expense!!). Then, he spent a great deal of time installing a whole-house generator in my yard, including extending the gas line and building a base for the unit. He has come to my rescue

Scott was wonderful to work with and provided a top-notch service. He is very professional and attentive. I had a very difficult project that numerous people declined or didn’t have the knowledge or skillset to complete the job.  It was a very stressful job for me, and Scott always communicated the ins-and-outs of the job, gave status updates, worked around my schedule to complete things in the least disruptive fashion but in a timely manner, and kept a clean worksite at the end of workdays. Scott was incredible to work with. We met with him to correct a water intrusion issue at our house and he laid out a specific plan to correct the problem which included, a french drain system, acid washing and sealing our foundation and adjusting our gutter system to prevent water from entering our house. Keep in mind this was right after Hurricane Milton and I am sure he had other work to complete. Within a few weeks of meeting with Scott and Aaron they started and completed the job. His communication throughout the entire process was second to none and he answered any question I had while the work was being done.
