Waterfront Group

Had the pleasure to find Jeremy from the Water Front Group searching from my dream piece of land in the Mountains near Banner Elk, NC. After getting the proper info I was 100% confident in going thru with the purchase. I will be heading this summer to talk to a couple of contractors to start the process of building my dream home in the mountains.

These guys have it figured out. When I saw the price of the river land versus the appreciation the day of closing, I could not want to buy it fast enough. I was happy they had some land though available. I tried to get some in Oklahoma and thought I was ahead of everyone but they were sold out, I could not believe it. Regardless I am happy right where I am with the group and at ease I can get involved in more upcoming projects. These guys also do not mention it or brag about it but they run a non profit helping sick children in the mountains. Good people.

The entire staff at the Waterfront Group are first class in every way. If you’re looking for a mountain or lake property, it doesn’t get any better than these guys.

I had the pleasure of touring homesites in a new development in WVA. I was blown away by the knowledge and professionalism shown by every team member I spoke with at Waterfront Group! The property was absolutely breathtaking!! I didn't purchase that day but I do plan to look at other upcoming developments they will be selling in the future. Jessica and her team have been fantastic to work with. We purchased our house in 2016 and then bought a lot with a panoramic view last year. Jessica sold our house for us and now we are ready to build our new dream mountain house. Thanks Waterfront Group for making Eagles Nest such a grand development where we can relax, enjoy nature, and meet new people.
