I first worked with Kathy Day when I purchased my home back in 2012, and she helped me make such a smart investment that I didn’t hesitate to return to her 14 years later when it was time to sell. I’m so glad I did! Kathy went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She personally painted a room, cleaned up leaves that fell after I had already moved out, and even stopped by to drip the faucets so the pipes wouldn’t freeze. That level of care is truly exceptional. She got my house under contract quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. When we hit a slight delay in closing, she was calm, reassuring, and helped ease my nerves. I can’t recommend her highly enough — Kathy is dedicated, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her clients.

I am sorry that Frank Bowman, who posted below, had such a bad experience. My wife and I have been dealing with Vicki Dalton and we have never been with a realtor more professional, knowledgeable, and devoted! She has helped us with our purchase in monumental ways I would run out of words to describe.

If communication and ethical traits are what you are looking for do not put your trust in Michelle Harrison . Look for another realtor for you home purchase. No response from her broker Creigh Hill as i left VM email and text . So Many other choices out there, do your research .

This company inadvertently listed my home as sold in 2021 when it was not up for sale, nor did they sell it. They also listed it as sold way below market value. Immediately after this office made this mistake, nothing was done and my home value according to sites such as Zillow and Realtor. Even though this doesn't "decrease my homes value", it holds true that it will affect the perceived value, which is extremely important when selling a home. With nothing done at the time of the event (messages and proof to verify), this company has done wrong and has fully earned this 1 star review.
