Waterford Place Apartments

I’ve been living there for 2 years with my elderly mother and my daughter, this was the best move we’ve ever made. The people in the office are very nice and pleasant. Mark was very awesome to work with when we were looking to move in. He let us know everything that was needed and how to go about getting the items. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. I truly give them infinity stars.

Cannot praise the office staff and maintenance workers at Waterford Place enough.. Office staff is very efficient and very professional! Always ready to help. The maintenance staff is excellent. I called one morning at 3:00 a.m. for air conditioner repair and he was at the door at 8:05 a.m. that same day. Could not ask for a better maintenance staff. Overall a great place to live.

Waterford place is a great place to live! The staff is amazing! When I need anything they are here to take care of any problem within 24 hours and in most cases the same day. The service is second to none!

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Made you feel like your question was important.

People own the property which means they care about the apartments. Good location never had issues.
