Waterford Place Apartments

They do shovel pretty good, They moved us in on the 14th of November, 2024, and this made it hard to get the rent on the first, since our financing has already been kind of adapted to the 14th... paying another rent on the 1st was like paying rent twice in one month. overall it was torture being here, they do not take care of the dumpsters, they are always over flowing. One of the staff was very rude. The unit itself has a draft in nearly every window, making you have to jack up the heat - which is set at 78, but still feels like a refrigerator.. they never actually fixed that, which increases the cost of heat.. We had RENTED a unit with TWO bathrooms, but one was broken the entire time.. the knob was extremely hard to navigate or turn on... and this bathroom was my childs, so they obvi

I lived here for a year. Recently moved out. My experiences at Waterford Place has been incredibly positive. The staff, the unit, the amenities, and the community as a whole was just perfect. The community is located in a perfect area. You have Aldi, Costco, Trader Joes, and so much more all within 10-15 minutes from each other. It is a place I called home.

Lived in Waterford for 2 years and moved out a few months back. My stay at Waterford was very pleasant. There were some maintenance issues during my stay but was quickly resolved after raising complaint tickets. Bang for buck for what they offer especially in the Buffalo Grove - Arlington Heights area. You will also be saving a bunch on deposit due to a tie-up they have with Jetty. The managers (Kari, Denisa and Lindsey before) have always been very friendly and responsive. The only reason I moved out was due to finding a better work opportunity elsewhere, would've stayed for a few more years otherwise.

Waterford Place is a great place to live. The property has a beautiful layout and is well kept. The staff is so helpful and courteous. I recommend Waterford Place to anyone looking for an apartment home with a great neighborhood feel.

I have been living at Waterford for a few months now. The area and community are great. Kari and staff are super responsive and helpful. My only complaint is I have a very rude and difficult neighbor on one side of me, which is obviously not the complex's fault. They understood my situation when I asked if I could transfer and it was not a problem at all, they found me a similar unit coming available right away in another building. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is also a short ten minute drive to downtown AH and right off the expressway.
