Great experience working with RowCal! The onboarding experience was great and we love our new Community Manager she has a lot of experience working with condos in Illinois which is exactly what we needed. The Care Team has been great fielding all the requests from homeowners regarding dues and the new portal/ app. Things are looking up for us!

RowCal provided the new company that took over my account an incorrect balance forward of $250 when the actual balance forward was $0. It has been 16 days since the new company Westward360 pulled the money from my bank account. This issue is stemming from RowCal providing Westward incorrect balance forwards and Larry April is doing nothing to correct it. I called in and spoke to customer service at RowCal. They were helpful and told me they spoke to Larry directly and he was on it and would take care of it. Unfortunately, it was all talk like usual. This was over a week ago. I created an email thread with both Westward360 and RowCal and Larry April is not doing anything to rectify the situation. Seems like Westward 360 is asking for something simple Larry states he can't provide.

Rachel has done a really good job here at Harmony Village. She works hard and tries to solve the problems that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible. Kudos to her and her development this year as a managing agent!!!
