Dunton Tower Apartments

I’ve been living at Dunton Tower Apartments for about a month now, and I can confidently say this building, the staff, the residents, and the surrounding area are all amazing. When I first moved in, the leasing agent who helped me was Michael, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and addressed every concern with professionalism and care. Nicole, the other leasing agent was also very kind and welcoming. Anytime you need help or have a request, the leasing staff is quick to respond and get things taken care of. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here so far. I highly recommend this building if you’re interested in moving to the Arlington Heights area.

Really great experience working with the team at Dunton Tower Apartments. Nicole and Michael were both friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. They made everything easy and were always quick to answer questions and help when needed. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well prepared, and it’s clear the property is very well maintained. Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I’d definitely recommend working with this team.

Best decision! Looked at multiple places and Dunton Towers was home the minute I walked in and met Michael in the lease office! Everything has been wonderful. Michael and Shannon have been there for over a decade and are so helpful and make you feel at home immediately. Great amenities, great community feel. Highly recommend!

AMAZING staff! They go above and beyond. The leasing crew is quick to greet you with a smile, and the maintenance crew is on top of every request, even the non urgent ones. Clean, community driven, and safe. Highly, highly recommend. :)

I couldn’t be happier with my home away from home! The office and maintenance staff have been extremely attentive and compassionate. Not to mention great neighbors too! Strong community here amongst many neighbors!
