Waterford Landing Apartments

I’ve been living here for the past two years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Waterford is a peaceful and family-friendly area Walmart, Moon Park, the gas station, and the school are all just a few minutes away, which makes daily life very convenient. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and welcoming. People are friendly and helpful, and there’s a real sense of community here. We have over 10 families from Pakistan living in the area, and overall, it’s a beautiful mix of different nationalities and cultures living together in harmony.

The office and maintenance staff are awesome. Lisa and Rebekah go above and beyond. They are so helpful,friendly, professional and very responsive. They made the moving process easy and seamless. The entire maintenance staff is also great. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. They get the job done in a timely manner no matter what it takes. Very nice apartments! The front staff are very friendly and quite accommodating. Whenever any work needs to be done inside the apartments or on the patio it’s quick and easy. I rarely even run into those workers and when I have they’ve all been lovely. My only gripes would be how high the rent can be for just a single person, but if you’re splitting that it becomes much more manageable (not the staffs fault either, entirely understand thats a higher up decision,) and how sometimes the designated times for shutting down/turning on the A/C can be desynced with when you actually need them in those transitioning seasons.

I have LOVED living here. I’ve been here one year and am only leaving Waterford Landing because I’m moving out of state. Lisa at the front office has been especially communicative and helpful. The maintenance team has always responded to my requests in an effective and timely manner. The property is clean and safe. I’ve enjoyed time at the pool and on my porch. All of it has been a wonderful experience - no complaints from me!

First time renting for me, Lisa and Rebecca made the process smooth and simple. It also really has a luxurious-feeling atmosphere, is EXTREMELY pet friendly, and is just an overall fun environment to live in. I’m so happy to call this place home and I really do feel at home here :)
