I had a pleasant experience working with DeSantis Property Management personnel during the process of my move-in. Everyone I spoke with over the phone and in person were kind, patient, and understanding, especially Donna. I am grateful to DeSantis for approving my application and allowing me to move into my new place early, because I really needed to secure a permanent residence at the time. DeSantis staff were so helpful to myself and my family while we completed all the move-in steps before and on the day I signed the lease. I appreciate the positive customer service that was shown to me and my family. Everyone we encountered was professional and courteous, even though the office was busy every time we communicated with them. I'm glad to be in partnership with DeSantis Property Manag

I had a great experience with this agency. I went to view an apartment with Jeff, who was incredibly friendly and made both my son and me feel very welcome. When it came time to finalize the lease, Judy was fantastic at guiding me through the steps. They both helped me feel confident and really put my mind at ease regarding some concerns I had about the process. I highly recommend working with them.

DeSantis Property Management has been my PM for over a year now. They have always been efficient and communicate well. But the rubber met the road when one of my tenants stopped paying rent. We had to go through the whole eviction process and this is where DeSantis and more importantly, my Portfolio Manager, Judy Pittavino shined. Judy made the whole process smooth and stress free for me. Judy Pittavino and her team were literally sending regular email updates on how the eviction process was proceeding. Judy and her team were on top of it from the beginning till the end and all the way to getting my property ready and listed for the next tenant. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Work with Judy directly if you can. It will be the best decision you make.

This company has been absolutely wonderful to me compared to my last rental company. Most times I’ve called for any situation, I got Stacy and she is always so positive, polite, and helpful. I’m leaving this review because I started smelling something burning in the middle of the night so I submitted a maintenance request and proceeded to call the office once they opened, and Stacy is personally pushing through my request as urgent and she very good at following up.

My experience with Desantis Property Management was extremely disorganized, and communication was consistently poor. I worked with Leah, and it often felt as though she wasn’t fully engaged or didn’t understand the situation. Despite my repeated requests over several days for a link to pay the security deposit, the property was rented to someone else. It was disappointing to see such a lack of coordination. The company appears to rely heavily on very young staff with limited experience, and it shows. Stronger professional oversight and guidance are clearly needed.
