From our very first meeting, Drew and his team truly impressed my wife and me. Their attention to detail during the design phase, their willingness to listen to what we wanted in our home, and their commitment to going the extra mile to exceed client expectations were exactly what we were looking for in a builder. Waterford built us a beautiful home that we couldn’t be happier with! They were fantastic to work with through the whole process - from initial contract to final closing (and everything in between! - architecture changes, upgrade selections, vendor introductions, etc.). We had a lot of open communication, and periodic updates that kept us apprised of the process and let us know various aspects to consider as we thought through how we would eventually live in the home. They were also flexible through the process and understood even the mundane details that we (as homeowners that haven’t built before) may not know and want to consider. We recently purchased a new home from Waterford Homes in Harbor Club. In every respect, the home, the builder, and most notably Brian (our Waterford point person) have exceeded our expectations. As anticipated with a new home, we did encounter items in need of repair. However, these issues were addressed in both an expeditious and comprehensive manner. Brian's continued response to our concerns has been timely, professional and personal. We truly appreciate that he has gone above and beyond in making sure that we continue to love our new home.
