I have recently moved to this wonderful apartment complex - and love it! The staff at Waterford Cove (Brenda and Kanisha) are lovely, gracious, responsive and professional! The apartment is clean and spacious, with high ceilings. The property is very well maintained with beautiful trees, and walking my two small dogs at night feels very safe - with lights throughout the area. I am feeling so very lucky to have landed here!
I been a resident since April and I can truly say I love my place here. It’s very peaceful and they put in new bbq pits and lounging area which makes it look absolutely beautiful. The price I pay for is worth every dollar and penny. Plan on staying here for as long as I can because I love it. & it’s gated which makes me feel even safer
Nice location and love that their is full size washer and dryer inside.
Literally horrible experience, the walls are paper thin my neighbor underneath me could hear my EVERY MOVE! She wanted us silent 24/7 and we have a dog who was in training at the time. She would complain to the front office of him “barking” and the neighbor across had a dog who was the ACTUAL PROBLEM! And the office took her side each and every time. They are beyond overpriced for the quality of the apartments don’t let the interior fool you and on-site facilities. SECURITY SUCKS TOO
Great hot tub and pool with gas bbq grills. Nice gym. Amenities are on point
