RUN INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! PICTURES BELOW These apartments are infested with bed bugs. The maintaince carries the bed bugs from one apartment to another and the bugs are so bad they crawl from one unit to the next. They do not even want to treat the bed bugs. You have to keep going to the office to tell them to treat it. They had to get a big dumpter because the regular dumpster was over flowing with peoples bed bug written furniture that they had to throw out. Ride around and you will see alot of mattress and the dumpster. You will see furniture on the balconies as well. A big red flag! Look at the dumpsters. I had just purchase new furniture and had to throw it out. It is not right. But they still want there rent. If thats not bad enough they are infested with roaches. Roaches crawlin

I've been here for 2yrs now and can say without hesitation it is the quietest and peaceful experience have ever had in living within an apt community. I'm on a bottom floor unit and the quality of the buildings means myself, upstairs and nextdoor neighbors are never disturbed with anything from another unit. Add in the peaceful community surrounding complex it makes coming home and relaxing easily done. Waterford also has something to offer you don't get other places and that is a management company and on site personnel that is not only accessible but truly care for and listen to residents if ever a question on anything. Kelly Pittman is not a regional area supervisor for the management company but is dedicated to being on hands on site to make sure staff and residents have what they need

I am absolutely frustrated with this complex. Came in with my fiancé for a tour. Loved the place. Destiny in the office was kind and patient with us. We apply, get approved, I set up our WiFi/gas. Day BEFORE I get a phone call saying our unit wasn’t ready and it would be another week until we could move in. Luckily our current living situation allowed this and we were like fine it happens. We get the first welcome letter and the amount we needed at move in wasn’t what we expected. Communication definitely wasn’t there. It took days for me to even get an answer back. Well, I really don’t know how to put this except we’re just saying it we have had bad management and so many management that has come in and out of the complex to make us lose our family feeling right now we have such great people and year and strong management some people don’t like strong management, but that’s what it’s gonna take for us to get back on track to make us feel like we’re at home again. I don’t know about other people, but I like it when we don’t have trash all over the breezeway and outside and so the children can play in feel safe. I am writing to inform due to concerns about my transition to Waterford @ valley ranch. Initially when I moved in my first unit there were issues of a bad strong smell which led up to me finding mold on the baseboards underneath the kitchen sink as I moved in and was getting settled I found more mold on the ceiling took and sent pictures there was also an air duct cleaning provided and that didn’t help with the smell/issue. Then I was transferred to another unit and it’s been issues constant since there’s been roaches since the Tuesday I moved in. Traumatized to even come in the kitchen at times turning on lights before making a sudden move. Leaving lights on just to see and make sure there not in my walk way or above me.
