Waterford Apartments

I lived at Waterford Apartments for a few years and had a really good experience overall. The management was always fair with me, and move-out was smooth—I even got my security deposit back, which says a lot about how professional they are. The community is large and well-kept, and I always felt comfortable there. I’d definitely recommend Waterford Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

I lived here for a year and loved it. Management is professional, responsible, timely, and cordial. Maintenance was on top of everything and always responded quickly. The apartment itself has a unique, two-story layout which offers lots of space and privacy. I already miss my big spacious master bedroom. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat if I ever moved back to Fort Myers.

first moved in he asked was my sons in a gang, Just because hes black and a teenager doesnt mean hes in a gang. both was honor roll students my son was 17 and 23 has never had a referral from school my son is 20 and 26 with security licence and has a high end job both sons. He really stereotype call tenant's racial remarks. the maintenance worker bruce was great the other one was like larry rude the apartment was okay just when it rained heavy it rained under the front door the walls had air bubbles from previous water leakage. its crazy some tenants paid water bills and some didn't for years its all rigged up but besides that it would be a nice place to live if some things was corrected. you cant be a Sour Patch in a management position.

Where do I even start. I took the chance with Larry & it really backfired like how I envisioned it. I came down from jersey in March to look at the apartment which I liked at the time so I put a deposit down on it. I called weeks before heading back down to fort Myers in the middle on April 18th and was told that I wouldn’t even be charged for the last week of April’s rent over the phone. I thought it was a very nice gesture but silly me. The corrupt crook told me I had to pay the prorated days as soon as I got down to waterford from an 18 Hour drive as if I wouldn’t of already paid those days before I came down so I wasn’t stressing over money after a long drive or as if I couldn’t jistb stayed in my apartment in jersey just until I was able to come to waterford on the first of May, just

I came here a few weeks ago looking for an apartment as I had stressed my kids and I were in a shelter for single moms and just because I have “small kids” I was denied….. I was told there would be no way I could pay attention to my children around the stairs, just because he couldn’t do it when he had small children. Well sir I am a child protective investigator for the state, and a fantastic mother!!! Just because you weren’t able to watch over your children back in your time, doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be able to watch mine…. Man Ms. Joan was such a sweetheart I wish she was still here to manage over the property. I mean yeah it looks nicer now but boy management is super cruel and ruthless with his mouth and attitude.
