First of all, they’re only responsive because of their automated system. They’re actually super not well organized, and staff doesn’t seem to communicate very well with each other. When I toured the apartment, they gave us 3 different units to view, but one of the ones they sent us looked like someone just moved out and it looked like a trap house. They also gave us false timelines on when units were going to be ready ( they had me wait 2 extra months for a unit). They took my deposit and still to this day have not refunded me, after 6+ months, with lots of communication. Cynthia and staff needs a retraining.

I moved out of Waterbrook Lofts on September 16, 2025, returned my keys, and followed all move-out procedures. Their assistant even told me in writing that I would receive my full deposit, but they never sent it back. Instead, they tried to charge me utilities and “vacant service fees” for dates after I moved out, which is completely unfair and illegal under Washington law. It has been weeks, and I’ve received nothing but excuses and false promises. They’re now holding my deposit in bad faith and overcharging me for utilities I didn’t use. It may have taken a little time to get someone here . When they did come everything was fixed quickly. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office are great. Cynthia is just the sweetest. Casey is available when needed. The team here is great .

Amy is super helpful and really cares about fixing issues at our property. The first leasing manager I’ve had in 5 years to do so. Very quick with responses on top of everything else she has to deal with on a day to day basis.

The assistant manager Cynthia, positive energy with a smile showed me 4-5 units including the beautiful loft($). My criteria was, of course safety first(security at night), proximity to work (lots of co-workers in the neighborhood, rent within my budget, plenty parking space, 2 entrance/exit, little cleaning issues (promised to be taken care of), everything inside the apartment seems to be in working conditions, I wasn't prepared but every questions was answered. All and all Cynthia, Amy and Luis in the office where welcoming and seems available for apartment/building related questions. It is a big place but quieter than I expected to be, which is a plus. Home is what you make it, planning to experience it. Thank you
