Washington Court Apartments

The bathtub fills up constantly and when you look inside the draining hole it’s all rusted up with bits and pieces of what I’m assuming is more rust bc I don’t even want to think about the possibility that it was things previous tenants left there, their wiring is a complete mess my fiancée is an electrician and gasped when he saw the way they had all the wires dispersed out of the box and I even have a picture of it, when you connect something in the apartment you have to make sure something else is connected in a completely different room or else it won’t work (to give you more insight on their wiring plus the breaker falls constantly) and then with all of that they thought it was absolutely grand to raise the price and yes I’m mad because an apartment like this should not cost as much a

Does anyone here know if they take section 8? I'm getting my section 8 very soon and would love to live there if I can

Washington Court Apartments is a pleasant community to live in. I have been staying here for the past year and enjoyed my studio in every aspect. The neighborhood is quiet and close to amenities. Staff and management are courteous and helpful. Parking spots are assigned to each apartment so your spot is always saved. Studio plans are spacious and close to a 1 bedroom option which is very convenient if you are looking for a compact 1 bed/1 bath alternative.

Moved in here in April 2015. Apartments are big compared to others I've lived in. We get our own parking spots which is cool. Neighbors are friendly, but most people keep to themselves. The management here is pretty cool. For what you spend, you can't find much better in the area. Highly recommend living here!

I've lived here since 2019, after a month of moving in we had a sewage backup up while away for the weekend, this was the first of many. At first, when I made a maintenance request they were right on it. Now, for the last few months things have gone way downhill. This property is deteriorating by the minute and needs repairs and remodeling ASAP. My children and I had to stay at a hotel due to a sewage back up which left both bathrooms completely out of order. I was accommodated for the hotel stays but not the food I had to purchase due to not being able to cook at home. I recently called maintenance because the kitchen ceiling over the cabinets and sink was leaking (leaking as I type this btw). He came and said the upstairs neighbors were nasty people and he'll go to see where the leak was
