The Marquis Apartments

Can’t wait to move in, I don’t really understand the hate. It may be in a historic district but the building doesn’t look out of place at all. Everyone there has been super accommodating for me for my upcoming move as well. Also those complaining about “overpriced rent” it’s right on the average for the area, that’s including private and corporate landlords Edit: okay, after living here for a little while I am downgrading to 3 stars. It’s a really nice building with fantastic amenities but I don’t think they sanitize the dog park nearly enough for the amount of dogs that are there. My dog has gotten sick three times including a tape worm. Also they added these key fob scanning things in the elevator so whenever I have people come over I have to go downstairs and get them instead of just b

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences living here. Submitting maintenance requests is super easy, and anytime I’ve needed something fixed it’s been taken care of quickly. The leasing office staff is always available and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference. The amenities are beautiful, and one of my favorite parts is the location — being right in downtown Easton means there’s always something to do just steps outside the door.

Beautiful new luxury apartment building. The Building Managers, Meagan and Chelsy- are very helpful and really nice. Extremely accomodating and made everything super easy. Thank you again so much! Highly recommended. -Eric

Very nice building with great amenities and people seem to be very friendly but gets 3 stars for poor ceilings and floors. The noise coming from above no matter what floor you are on is insane they did good job with walls rarely hear side neighbor but can hear every step person above takes it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. If you can put up with that this place gets 5 stars

Very nice accommodation. Most neighbors are kind, but some are selfish and leave messy public areas. The walls offer absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear your neighbors talking and watching TV, and you can even hear them having sex in the bedroom. So, if you don't mind a lack of quiet and privacy, this place is recommended. Update : response to The Marquis’s comment, you guys developed the Cobu app to make it easier for us to share various information. We've been discussing issues like littering and soundproofing; you guys should be aware of all these problems, but what have you guys done? Especially when guests argue in the app, you guys just delete their messages. What a censorship app!
