Traditions of America at Green Pond Active Adult Community

Sold as a gated community. Once all the homes were built, developer has been completely absent for 9 months. Roads are not finished. Sidewalks need repair. Fences around ponds not installed. Dead trees. Informed us gates will not be installed. Common areas have not been maintained. Very disappointed.

We checked this place out. The prices of the homes are quite good for what you get. I think it might be too far from my work however.

We found it important to let everyone know that our experience with Traditions at Green Pond has been absolutly amazing. Once we finally got the permit, which was on the desk of the township for several months, the team at Traditions really helped out and pushed it through quickly. Chuck and his team did an amazing job and when any issues came up, they were addressed and fixed very quickly. We want to thank Greg, Chuck and Christine for their time and effort and making the experience a pleasant one. Thank you so much and if we could post more then 5 stars we would. We purchased a Traditions of America home in a brand new Over-55 development in The Easton/Bethlehem area of Pennsylvania. With a Traditions design consultant (who patiently walked and guided us through countless aesthetic choices and structural upgrade selections), we were able to create exactly the home we had envisioned. Every person we’ve dealt with on the Traditions team has been lovely and cooperative. Even when there were small inconsistencies between our design plan and the way the house was actually built, the Traditions team owned their mistakes and promptly made them right. We moved into our home about a week ago and still feel as if we’re living in a dream. Time will tell but we are definitely Traditions fans and recommend their homes and their team wholeheartedly.

Narrow roads and very close in my opinion. But then it is under construction and should look much nicer once all the scrap roll-off containers are out of the roadways. Especially once the club house is up. Next door to very nice golf course. Five minutes from Lewis Morris Park which has 1.48km jogging/exercise trail that is rubber based along with paved walking paths. Rental enclosures for parties. Many other facilities and communal garden. Also new mall is under construction less than 10 minutes away so seems a very nice location.
