Madison Farms Apartments

Hi! Happy New Year! I would like to tell you about my wonderful & great apartment I found in Easton, Pennsylvania. I absolutely love living in “Madison Farms Apartments.” Right off from the beginning the process was so easy! My home has everything you need to be cozy & warm feeling me. I’m so committed here. I did a two year contract! Never once have had any problems! Feel totally secure & friendly neighbors! I love getting my trash picked up at my door & has “ALL” the comforts of home with out much effort! Please check it out in person & on Line for the virtual tour like I did. My family have been here for years. So glad we picked this community. The location is ideal, everything from shopping to Healthcare is within walking distance. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Property maintenance and upkeep is so important to us especially after bad experiences elsewhere. If I need anything it is addressed quickly and accurately. The communication is also excellent. The amenities on property are a nice bonus. By far the best place I've lived thus far.

I've only lived here for a few months, but in general I like it a lot. The apartment is beautiful, the location is excellent, and everyone in maintenance and at the front desk has been very kind and helpful. The valet trash pickup is convenient, although they are pretty inflexible with the rules, so some people may have issues with the schedule. What is NOT convenient is having to get packages at the office, although it is completely understandable why this is necessary. But a wagon or cart or fold up dolly will help to manage this minor inconvenience.

Madison Farms has more than lived up to my expectations. I really like the clubhouse staff, maintenance crew (who always are friendly and great at what they do) and the people who live here. It's an extremely safe and clean community too, which is very important. My apartment unit has everything you’d want (valet trash pickup outside my front door, washer/drier inside the unit, etc.) It's dog friendly and Jeter loves the park and walking around the complex. The location of Madison Farms is second to none with the Shop Rite and other stores/food options next to it, all within walking distance. Quick and easy access to the highways is a plus too. It'll be 10 years this upcoming April (2026) that I've lived here and will be signing up for another year's lease! No place I'd rather live! Thank

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience living at Madison Farms for the last four years. Apartments are cozy, clubhouse has a nice gym and pool, and the maintenance staff is very responsive to any issue and keeps the complex clean. Neighbors are very friendly and there's plenty to do nearby. Like any apartment building, you will hear your neighbors to some extent. For the first two years, we lived in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. Our neighbors above us were somewhat noisy, but we reminded them from time to time and this helped minimize issues. For the last two years, we lived in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor and barely heard our neighbors above us. We're relocating, but would highly recommend Madison Farms to any one in search of an apartment complex that's
