Warren Woods Apartments

I honestly don’t see why this place has bad reviews. My wife and I have been staying at Warren Woods Apartments for about half a week now, and we already feel at home. The atmosphere has been calm, the place has been comfortable, and everything has been going smoothly so far. A big thank you to Cameron for being so kind and helpful with the tour and everything throughout the process — it really made a difference for us. Maybe things weren’t great in the past, but from our experience now, we’ve been very happy here.

Lived here 2 years I moved out because they had ROACHES! INFESTING THE WHOLE FREAKING BUILDING OF UNITS. the proper way now they’re trying to frame me and say I left the apartment a mess and uncleaned and I had a previous balance… APARTMENT OF HORROR!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I hated management when I lived here and this new owner is even worst! This place needs to be shut down ! I don’t even leave rooms I’ve attended anything but stripped and clean. I am mortified I am being framed and I regret every living here. MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE !!!!

I love how the inside of the apartment smells like cigarette smoke and Marijuana. Even though you're not supposed to smoke indoors. And if your fortunate like me you'll have a neighbor underneath you that turns their music up ad loud as it can go just before it's time for normal people to go to bed. I consider it like a party I didn't want to be apart of. 9/9/25 Just wanted to add to my previous review. They did make some improvements. The noise was addressed. I was able to have some peace before I moved. The smoking did improve also. But it's only so much you can do. People just aren't always integral. The property manager has done a great job addressing issues like this. And she is good at getting back to you in a timely manner.

Cindy worked with me to get me into the apartment. She was amazing in explaining everything and helping me. James and Charles were on top of any small repairs that I asked for. And they were small. I can't say enough about how much I love living here this past month. Cindy is at the ready for any questions and maintenance is quick to answer any concerns, no matter how small they may be. Neighbors are awesome too. I have met a few and they greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. I'm so glad I picked this building.

I have lived here 4 years now. They have been working very hard to update the buildings. The parking lot was nightmare but its been repaved. The pool was finally opened after year's of it being closed. Of all the managers that have come and gone Cindy is best. She works hard to take care of the tenants concerns. I'm happy very happy with the current management.
