Georgetown Manor Apartments

I lived in Georgetown manor for the past 2 years and really enjoyed my stay. The management takes care of the property well and they are very responsive, thank you Tina and Dan. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to be in close proximity to all major freeways and shopping area.

😺Our 1 bedroom apartment is incredibly lovely, spacious, and we appreciate living here, as do our beloved cats. I don't know why no matter what apartment complex we live in there's always some neighbors who are inconsiderate, and noisy at times and cause noise disturbances. That's how apartment living is. If you're looking for a spacious, quiet at times apartment and a place to call home, this is it. My husband and I have lived here 6 years, with our cats. Since inflation it's happening everywhere the price of rent has increased. We are paying $30 more a month since our annual lease renewal, but the rent here is still much much less than anywhere else. Our rent is $100+ less than apartments in Oakland County. It's brilliant to have a kitchen window, we're so grateful it's possible to cool

I love my new spacious two bedroom apartment ! My large livingroom is perfect for my large dining table. And yes! My back porch has beautiful greenery. Brian, our manager is great! Greg, maintenance is great. Stores and churches are close.

Georgetown Manor Apartments is a peaceful, quiet and beautiful apartment community with friendly and respectful neighbors who smile and help us feel welcome. The rent is lower and more affordable. Thanks for the helpful manager Tina for accepting us. We feel Blessed, Amen, to have found a beautiful, quaint, generous sized 1 Bedroom apartment "forever home" for us to enjoy our lives and not be worried about others stress and too much noise interfering in our lives. Here there is central air conditioning and heating and a balcony and a bigger apartment kitchen. Laundry room with washers and dryers in the clean huge basement. This place is awesome and we've nearly lived here a month and are so pleased. Warren, MI has many more businesses to peak our interest in this area where the apartment

Been living here since August of 2020! I love it the apartment manager responds to my Email on time. They keep the apartment up hall ways stay clean! Parking is hit or missed the laundry should be replaced only one of them work which is difficult when their is I think 8 units to one. Neighbor's are good no drama peace and quiet. I love the I can sit on my back patio! UPDATE❗️❗️❗️❗️Now I'm not sure what's going on no notifications or anything. My apartment is above the manager office that's always empty. And tenants and inquiring tenants keep buzzing my door thinking im the manager office. The tenants can't get through to maintenance nor can they get through the manager. They have all of these issues within their apartment with no help. All day my buzzer won't stop ringing. It's irrit
