Fountainview Terrace Apt

I wanted to wait until after I got everything closed out and done to leave a review. This apartment complex was pretty amazing for me as a first time renter. The apartment was really nice and had no problems moving in. There was only one issue I had but once I called the office they got it fixed within an hour and everything was super smooth from them on our! Lisa in office is really great and super sweet. She lets you know everything you need to do before hand when setting up your new apartment. She is always welcoming with questions or concerns you have. Honestly I don't think you could ask for a better office lady! I would really recommend anybody stay here!

Lisa, Julian and Don are amazing. I've been here since 2018, through multiple managers, and honestly they're getting it done. My work orders are accomplished expeditiously and there is always prompt communication. As a resident, I feel proud of the property and my home. The grounds are well kept, the apartment itself is kept in stellar condition and although no one can promise security, I feel safe here. And in this economy I have to mention the bang I get for my buck! The closet space, storage space, car port, the prompt customer service that is genuine and satisfactory just can't beat. Lisa, Don and Julian have always made sure my experience here is enjoyable. I want to know who does the hiring!? You finally got it right!

I would like to share my experience with Fountainview Apartment. It's a wonderful place to stay or call home. I lived here in the early 90s when I relocated for my children's school, Warren Woods Tower, where they also attended college at Macomb College. Christina was in the office at that time; she was very helpful and resourceful to my family. I left for some time and decided to come back, which is when I met Lisa, a pleasure to meet, an understanding person, a great listener with intentions to help, and a great person with communication and addressing promptly.

Former tenant, recently moved out after living there 4 years. This was one of the best places I've ever lived. Apartment manager was super communicative, issues were resolved quickly, my neighbors were quiet, the property was always kept up, and it was always affordable. In fact, I only left because I bought a house. Anyone looking for an apartment should absolutely look here.
