Royal Hill Apartments

Royal Hill is a very nice place to live. I have lived here for 5 years and never had any problems. The property is well kept very clean and quite the tenants are nice and friendly. The property managers Jamie and Tina are very nice, friendly, and understanding and easy to get in contact with.

Nice apartments that can be quiet, depending on how close you are to Ryan Road, and are close to a lot of shopping areas and a couple Catholic churches right next door. The land lord and his staff does a good job with communication, too. However, I have three gripes: ever since I moved in I noticed there has been a very potent and unattractive odor, which has a very musty smell to it and has clung to my clothing, making them smell unpleasant. The smell has gone down considerably since I have been living here the past two years, but maybe I have just gotten so used to it I do not smell it so strongly like I used to. Secondly, because the apartments are so close to 696, you will occasionally hear people driving so fast so suddenly causing their tires to screech, being obnoxiously loud, usua

Royal Hill Apartments Warren is truly a very nice place to live. I have been here for 13 years now. Zero complaints. The grounds are very well maintained . Interior maintenance issues are handled promptly and expertly with an ease of communication. I would recommend RHA to anyone as a clean and safe place to live.

I have been here for years, I have had the best experience at Royal Hill. The maintenance issues I have are always done in a timely manner, The property managers are the best, they listen to you and care about you. Tina and Jamie are really there for you .<3

This apartment is nice and spacious and typically very quite. However, While I was here I had so many issues and management was not helpful at all. My car was broken into in the parking lot and apparently the cameras are a waste of space. Secondly, good luck with trying to contact the office, they send you to some offsite call center. Maintence is a joke, it’s takes weeks to get something done and usually the issue is not fixed. Oh, and if you are brave enough to move in please take pictures of EVERY ISSUE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING BECAUSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU LEAVE. Also, management can be really rude, especially Tina. One of my worst experiences at an apartment.
