Honestly I can’t believe how selfish and greedy have landlords become. $1060 for a small Barbie apartment. You pay for all utilities and then they have audacity say you don’t make enough but they still wanna check your credit and rob you for 50 bucks disgusting people on this earth. I hung up on Greg he is not a good human. He must need that 50 so bad

It’s almost November, do we really still need to be watering the grass? I don’t think so.

Don’t live here!!! Worse place I’ve ever lived, they charge you for trash dump they charge you for water and don’t show you your bill, the walls are very thin and smells from other units will come through the walls, you can hear everything also. I moved out because the unit above me had cats and I’m allergic to cats, I let them keep my security deposit and now they want 1400 for no reason. If you want to be cold in the winter and have a high heat bill, I moved in a big house and my bill is not even as much as I was paying, save a headache don’t move here.

Very unprofessional. My furnace has not been working, and I notified management 3 weeks ago about it. Nov. 1 was the first very cold day in Michigan, it also snowed that day. When I told them about it, their manager Randy came to check out the furnace and he diagnosed the problem. He told me it will be 2 weeks to order the part. They do have a maintenance department and I don't know why they didn't have them look at it at least. Their finance department told me that the manager was trained for heating and cooling. I found that odd because this is a business, you're supposed to have some licensed come out not trained. After the 2 weeks passed their Manager told me they would fix it Thursday. Thursday comes and im at work and their manger is gone, so there is no one to let the licensed guy i

Not a terrible place to live. Walls are thin though and you can hear everything upstairs. The unit is Freezing in the winter and could use a few upgrades. Manager randy does his job tho.. comes quick when u call
