I recently worked with Warren Real Estate through Melissa Hackford to sell my home, and the experience was wonderful. Before the process began, I was nervous and unsure where to start. Once I contacted Melissa, she stepped in with solid recommendations, and before I knew it, everything was underway. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way. If I ever sell another home, I wouldn’t look any further than Melissa and Warren Real Estate!

This review is not so much against Warren Realty but against the realtor we have that represents the Company. My story is as follows. Kathleen J. of Warren realty was hired by my sister who is the Executor of my moms estate in August of 2024, after My sister and I cleaned up moms home to put it on the market. She was hired by my sister to list the home (contract was signed) on August 29th 2024. The listing didn't go live until nearly a month later. Why? I have no idea because most realtors have the listings up within 24 hours after a contract is signed. My sister was not offered any shorter term contract, but was instead locked into a year contract with Kathleen. The home is a large 4 bedroom home, double lot, on 38B in the Maine Endwell school system. Yes, it needs some work

Since we were first time buyer of a home, she answered all our questions and went above and beyond in our search for our forever home. If you’re thinking about buying a house, you need to work with Niccole. She was super patient and took the time to explain everything so I actually understood what was going on.
