Being a resident for 3 years, I never thought I would have so much trouble with this place. The place is nice, but the management has been very difficult to deal with. There was a furnace malfunction, causing almost $1,000 in additional energy usage. It took a week to fix the issue, and there was no other correspondence on taking responsibility for the additional energy usage from the complex’s equipment failure. I’ve included an image of the formal letter that was sent to the property manager. The letter was never responded to. I visited the office on Friday, January 30 and was told by Tricia that she needed the weekend and would get back to me promptly at the start of the next week (February 2-3). Still no response. The management staff is extremely rude!! This morning the manager was so annoyed that I stopped by she threw her hands up in the air (from her desk - she didn't think I could see her) and approached the clubhouse door shaking her head in frustration. To add insult to injury she then unlocked the door and walked away without any greetings or the smallest good morning as she walked back to her corner office. Of course, I left without asking her any of the questions I sat out to ask. Great looking community, but horrible customer service!! I guess she thought I was one of her residents.

These employees need retraining. The management is not equipped to deal with issues in a timely manner or even return messages or phone calls. I can’t wait to get out of this place.

I love our home here but management is utterly useless. They will get on your ass for literally nothing and won't hold up their end of the contract such as spraying for bugs, changing air filters, etc. i have a work truck and they are very anal about it not being parked anywhere it can be seen! That's how i am able to pay rent! LOL! I was given a warning for parking my car with half the front wheel off the driveway! It's ridiculous.

Before considering moving in, understand this, the rules are very strictly enforced for no reason I was told my vehicle would be towed because I had the hood open even though I was not working on the car It was just out of gas and I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong under the hood. I explained that to her as she was putting the sticker on my car and she did not show 1 ounce of care just like the rest of the upfront staff.the front office does a terrible job with taking complaints in and just like the other comments, the older white lady is very nasty and rude. I had an issue with an oven that kept turning on by itself and almost started a fire in the house, and I had pets and made them aware about it and she told me to keep them in the room, even though the apartment with filled with s
