Cornerstone Home Lending provided excellent service throughout our mortgage process. One area for improvement would be to include a personalized phone call to introduce themselves and establish a direct line of communication. This would allow customers to build a connection with their loan officers and feel more valued. Unfortunately, my experience was limited to email and text communication, which lacked the personal touch I would have appreciated. Thank you for your service and helping me become a homeowner.
