Tammy is AMAZING!! But here is a little back story first… We put our home up for sale with a local realtor and our home didn’t sell within his 4 month contract. During that time we also felt like the negotiations he was doing, were not truly in our favor but rather just to get the deal done and sell it. After those 4 months I contacted Tammy! We worked with Tammy for our first farm land purchase for a single family home. Tammy came highly recommended to us by the builder we are planning to use for our home. Tammy impressed us from the first interaction.
